Conflicts
Please mark any conflicts you have with these rehearsal dates.
These are the dates of our rehearsal schedule. Weekday rehearsals will fall between 530p and 930p, and Saturday rehearsals will be between 9a and 2p, but not everyone will be called the full time for every rehearsal. Please explain each conflicts in the notes sections, and note if it is a partial (ie. if you can be at some of the rehearsal). Also note if your work schedule would not allow you to arrive by 530p. Rehearsal on the 4th of July is TBD-- please note conflicts and times.
**NOTE: The show closes on August 2. We are looking for your availability August 3-8 because we are planning to make a cast recording.

All tech rehearsals and performances are required for all cast members. If you have a conflict during tech week, please explain in the notes section for regular conflicts and it will be considered. Pickup rehearsal times TBA. The Aug 1 (2p) performance will be a full show with no audience for specialized video coverage.

Our in person dance auditions and callbacks will occur during the following times: Saturday, May 9, 1p-5p Tuesday, May 12, 5p-9p Thursday, May 14, 5p-9p Friday, May 15, 5p-9p You will not be called to all of these time slots, but please indicate specifically if you have conflicts for any of the listed times or dates. Be thorough and as exact as possible!
