This section provides three opportunities to communicate with your auditioners. The first is the landing page, which is the page that will be displayed to auditioners after they submit their audition forms. The others are emails. An email confirmation is sent when they submit the audition form. A reminder email is sent before the audition, on a date you can specify.

Suggested content for these messages could be audition preparation instructions, audition dates, times, and location, and so on.

Landing page

Message to display on landing page when auditioner submits an audition form:

This text can include graphics and links. Note that to include a graphic, you must host it yourself, i.e. on your own website, and use the Image icon on the editor toolbar to enter its URL. TheaterForms does not host uploaded graphics for this purpose.

Emails

When TheaterForms sends these emails on your behalf, who should appear as the sender of those emails?

To personalize your emails, you can include {firstname} and {lastname} tags, which will be replaced with the recipient's first and last name.

If you include a schedule for auditioners to sign up for appointments in your AuditionForm, a confirmation of the appointment date and time will be added to the end of these emails, as well as a link where recipient can reschedule or cancel the appointment.
